"An exceptional stay—M Social Resort Penang - we extended our trip and will definitely be back! We arrived early at the hotel, and the front desk agent, Tarrshini, went above and beyond to try and get us checked in early, always greeting us with a warm smile. "The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good."

"Nice decor. Next to Sunshine Central mall which is super convenient with many food and retail options. Nice size pool with a view and the gym was handy when it rained."

"Our children loved the different swimming pools, incredible friendly staff and lots of fans and airconditioning units. The vibe of the place is so fun and adventurous. Two restaurants on site, and super easy to ehail a grab to go to sights and other food options. Would definitely book again."

"This is the 3rd time we stayed in Hotel G Kelawai, this is a very good hotel. Nice location with staff that provides excellent services, especially Front Desk staff, Lee Wei and Spoon Cafe staff, Puvan, Duta & Lestin. We will continue to stay there whenever we go to Penang again."
