"I paid up in full for Lofty Stay and on reaching their location I learnt that it has been closed and sealed by the bank.
Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing.
I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing"

"I like property location. nothing unique other there. on peper commitment for facility is not there...for tv only free channel, Ac not working, room equipment is not on desk... water heater not working"
