"Grounds are beautiful. “Deluxe” rooms are outdated. Bathrooms system is very poor. Bathrooms plumbing is awful. Toilets Clogging and over flowing . Mildew and mold in the bathrooms. No furniture in the rooms and minimum outside terrace. Restaurant staff works diligently to try to keep up as they are constantly short handed. Bar and restaurant waiting was excessive. This is not a Four Star Facility. Disappointing"

"Fin de semana con mi pareja. Este sitio es increíble. Mi novia lo consiguió a través de Expedia y yo no sabía con que me iba a encontrar. Desde que entramos todo fue muy fácil. La habitación muy grande con una limpieza impecable. El baño cómodo y con todo lo necesario. El carro lo puedes parquear frente a la habitación. Una mención de 5 estrellas para Antonio y su staff. "This hotel was recently remodeled and it is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. There is a Denny’s inside the hotel so you have a 24/7 restaurant open. The rooms for disabled are equipped with everything needed. So come and visit this hotel and enjoy all the amenities, beaches and excellent restaurants around."
