"My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. "

"Wonderful suites, excellent service and superb buffet breakfast and lunch. However dinner is limited to restaurants, and one of them is often closed, the Wok, the Italian restaurant is very small and limited to 4 people tables and always booked ahead so unusable. This results in the entire number of guests fighting for tables at the remaining 2 restaurants: blue Merlin and the Steak Restaurant. The Buffet is closed for dinner every day except Friday. This issue soured our view of the property. "

"Clean, great dining options. Drinks were good you just have to know what to order (have options ready) they make it all! Had a storage pool for kids which was great as well, nice night life on the resort for adults who want to hang out. Pool closes at 7pm Sun goes down around 6:30 so wasn’t inconvenient at all! I’ll sure visit again maybe even take my kids next time! "

"The property was just beautiful. It is an older hotel but it's very well taken care of. The beach was awesome. The seaweed would build up daily but that just comes with the warmer weather. They cleaned the beach daily. The food was great. My husband and I aren't picky eaters, so it was easy to please your appetite."
