Horrible experience, since the checking till the last day, one and other horrible experiences, my room was flooded because the shower was full of dirty hair my shoes got soaked and ruined , someone come inside my room with out my permission even though I had the do not disturb sign on my door , room service took 14 hours to bring me drinks and towels, never changed sheets or bath robes. Bad experience, ruined my vacation. Very disappointed. I summed up my complaints, waiting for a response and compensation .

Muy bonito el hotel y el servicio fue excelente. En el buffet, Pebell y Ruth se portaron muy amables en todo momento, diría que excedieron mis expectativas. No me gustó un la manera en que fuimos tratado por Rafael en el bar del lobby, en una ocasión, se portó un tanto antipático al momento de notificarnos que no podíamos consumir ciertos licores, debido a la banda que teníamos puesta. En el bar de la piscina, Fernando no tiene buena actitud para los cliente, ya que es un poco arrogante. En cuanto a las facilidades no me agradó mucho el edor que provenía de la tubería de los baños y en los alrededores del hotel. La playa tampoco es muy apta para bañistas.

Hotel is new. Staff are awesome! Food was great! Lots to choose from. I highly recommend! Entertainment is excellent! Shows at night program for kids are also available. They offer timeshare so if its not for you, Say NO right away😂 good thing we’re oriented with this so we knew right away. Don’t waste 2hrs of your time there. claudio is the guy for excursions, he is excellent! You can book your transfer via Aviator- dont get a taxi

The property was very clean and modern. Most of the staff is very friendly, however some can be a bit short with guests. Overall, they are very helpful and the resort is great

It’s a great stay from start to finish the staff was really friendly and it was always something going on to do. What I didn’t like is the smell around the area and it was left over food in fridge from previous guest I assume, the arena for event was very hot, nevertheless it was a great experience and would go back again.

The resort is lovely but the smell of nearby sewer permeates lobby, sometimes into restaurants, and pool area. Its bad. Food was mediocre, hard to get reservations at restaurants buffet better than restaurants but again, mediocre. Entertainment was good, had great experience with staff service. If they get rid of smell and work on food, then it's a 10/10 unfortunately not the case right now

Would not recommend this resort. Upon arrival the smell of sewer is terrible which carries into the lobby and restaurants. The pool and grounds are nice. Drinks are good. Food is terrible flies all over Buffett food. Hard to get reservations into the restaurants. The service in restaurants is awful and the food is just ok. The beach is filled with seaweed which also smells gross. They make effort to clean it daily however don't really help. The hotel is really loud. I picked this resort based on other reviews and can tell you to think twice before booking. Pros: clean large rooms, good drinks, and nice pools. Cons: terrible service, awful smells, can't get reservations at restaurants and less then desirable foods

When I booked the room I wasn't aware that there was a family side I thought I booked the adult only so I couldn't wear half the stuff I brought the buffet food was horrible I couldn't eat most of it all restaurants were closed until dinner barely anything to eat on the resort during the day besides the buffet only about eight different drinks to choose from construction started at six am everyday lasted all day the resort smelled like mold and sewer water not coming back

Very nice. Loved it definitely will go back again. They just need to have the food hot not warm. They have the dining area cool not cold. Other than that it was a great time. I think people should tip the servers.

This was a great stay for a girls trip. Everything was so clean and the food was very tasty. SO many options for food everyday. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was very fun and friendly. I did not like that the first night the sheets were dirty and so were the towels, the room did not look/feel clean.

Beautiful resort but beds are horrible! It's like sleeping on a dining room table made of wood. Some staff are friendly but others are very rude! They try to bully you to upgrade room. The buffet food is mediocre even with many options. The dining area had so many flies even on the food. No wash cloths for 3 days straight unless you asked. A/C unit broke on day 1 and had to be fixed. Nice theater with entertainment. Oh and you had meet a woman daily from 9a-2p to schedule food reservations and hope they have room for you. We got there at 12p and was told no open tables at restaurants! How can you say at check in your under occupancy but no tables at restaurants to eat but charge all inclusive resort. And bathrooms are not see through so your friends can see you naked! Wont ever stay here again!!!

All-inclusive items were easy to access. The pools and beach were clean and well-maintained. Good selection of restaurants and the food was good (for an all-inclusive).

The entertainment group was the best n bartender in the upstairs lounge was great. Gift store n reservation lady for the specialty restaurant was the worst. There for 6 days a she said all the restaurants were booked.

The staff are SO RUDEEE and aggressive. Checkin took almost 2 hours and no one helped. Then one of the staff was too aggressive with me and my family about booking an excursion when we had already booked one else where. Then they switched my room to the 4th floor & the elevator kept breaking. The buffet food was so horrible and not even warm. The only thing i can say is that the specialty reastaurants on site were actually really good but i definitely will NEVER be back to this resort.
