Sin sabor al principio con un buen final.

La habitación contratada por medio de Hoteles.com no reunía las condiciones básicas que una habitación de hotel deberia. Un enorme placard tapaba una puerta que comunicaba directamente con la recepción lobby del hotel conviviendo directamente con los recepcionistas y escuchando conversaciones y ruidos como si estuviesen dentro de la habitación. Se solicitó cambio de habitación y luego de varias idas y vueltas fue posible, cabe destacar la falta de compromiso para con el turista por parte de una de las duenas que se negó a conversar con nosotros para resolver la situación. De todos modos se nos habilitó otra habitación por esa noche y al día siguiente se presentó el padre de la duenia quien nos pidió disculpas por el inconveniente causado asignandonos otra habitación que si se encontraba en perfectas condiciones. Quiero destacar que la predisposición de los dueños del hotel se mostró abierta al cambio gracias al haber sido acompañados y representados por personas que trabajan mucho durante todo el anio para recibir turistas en Punta del Este (Inspectores y Consultores en Turismo). Desconozco qu suerte hubiésemos corrido de no haber tenido esta gran ayuda y asesoramiento.
