The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. "I loved the easy late night check-in with friendly 24/7 concierge and self-check-in door code. The apartment was the perfect oasis from the city hustle and bustle, while also being close enough to everything. Comfy bed and pillows. Amazingly fast wifi for remote working including video calls and video uploads. The rooftop patio and pool were nice to chill out. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Communication with Wynwood was easy and frequent. No complaints. Everything was perfect. "
