"Overall, a very nice, high-end hotel. Breakfast was great, rooms very good, bedding was exceptional, friendly staff. The spa was a bit so-so (sauna was too cold) but overall a very good hotel."

"Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given.
