"Everything was good except that hotels.com Expedia managed my reservations wrongly. Upon check in I was asked to pay 1000 USD more than the actual quote. It was very disappointing given that I had given hotels.com the correct age of my kids. I issue plan to switch to a different company to make my reservation next time. I was so disappointed that I don’t plan to use Hotels.com anymore."
