"We held a prepaid confirmed reservation through Expedia and emailed the hotel twice about our late arrival. The Front Desk Manager replied that he would note the reservation. When we arrived after 1 AM, our room had been given away and there were no rooms left. We were told the hotel had not received payment because it was an agency booking. Unacceptable for a prepaid booking with written confirmation of our late arrival. We were stranded in the middle of the night!"

"The property itself is excellent and the staff is absolutely amazing. Couple of things though. One: checkin was a miss. We arrived and felt welcomed by the staff, EXCEPT when we sat down at the check in desk. One of the staff members was irritated already without us asking questions. It was unfortunate. Following that, we were lured into the Hyatt’s “Ultimate Vacation Club” over-glorified timeshare in exchange for free massages. This is a warning to stay clear! It was so bad. I probably won’t be...
