"We were looking for a location at which we could combine some exploration of historic sights with some relaxing time at the beach. Grado is probably unknown to most Americans, but I highly recommend the town. The Eliani is an ideal location, and they even provide parking. Staff was VERY helpful."

The staff is every bit as kind as mentioned in all of the reviews. Sometimes you see hotels that Photoshop the pictures. This hotel did not do that. They are spot on. We loved it and cannot wait to return next time we’re in that area. The staff consistently went above and beyond."

"This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight, is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby. Recommend getting a junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small. "

"This was an amazing property - extremely well located. Within easy walking of the waterfront (cruise pier), and several major attractions such as the Roman theater. The property itself is amazing. The lobby area is very nice and comfortable. Elevators are a nice size and pretty fast. The room we had had a nice queen size bed, a very efficient bathroom with a walk-in shower.
