Breakfast wasn’t good. Been here may times years back use to be buffet breakfast now you can’t choice anything same Menu for every one Very basic breakfast no options to choice. Air conditioning work very poor need to be updated as well. Room was ok but a little outdated no upgrades in the last 15yeas that I been visiting same run down furnitures. Staff is very friendly. There was a big inconvenience this stay there was no potable running water for an entire day. Clerk at front desk claim water pump was broken advise them that this issue is unacceptable they should have. Back up pump installed in case main pump fail.

Fuimos una noche y fueron muy amables. Todo el personal muy atento. Las instalaciones y la comida muy bien pero realmente el personal un 10 de 10. En especial el trato a mi papá siendo un adulto mayor. Muchas gracias a todo el personal, desde recepción hasta las muchachas de limpieza.

First, the staff were very nice. That's why you got 1 star. The room was not good at all. One bedroom had no working light. There were no bath towels for the bedroom. The cord to operate the blind in BR#2 was broken so the blind wouldn't open. There were no filters for the coffee maker nor were there any paper towels even for the kitchen. The pool was filthy. Instead of providing us a room, we were told we could get a better room if we paid for an upgrade. I didn't want an "upgrade" I only wanted a room that was in good working order. I would never stay here again, nor would I give it a recommendation. For the price, it should have been much better. Shame on them.

The room was nice. Didn't like the fact that they have a cafe machine but they didnt supply any coffee, sugar. The bar by the pool horrible! I waited over 15 mins for 2 beers and i was the only one at bar. Then i went back asked for 2 screw drivers the had no orange juice so i couldnt get any drinks becuz there was no orange jui e.i paid almost 20 for a drink and shot and they took it upon themselves to charge me a 10% service charge when they didnt wventake the drink to me.the fridge in our room wasnt cold enough so we had to put all our sodas , water etc...in freezer which didnt even freeze.

The views from the higher rise building are exceptional especially river view from the 5th floor. We loved breakfast and pool time here - stayed two nights and didn’t leave the resort! Some party noises on the Sat night and into the wee hours but expected given we are on holiday!
