"Our stay in the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four adults. The apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds and amazing showers. The location can’t be beat - local coffee shops and restaurants are a short walk away in any direction. The staff was kind and helpful - even before our arrival they answered all my questions and continued to check in each day to make sure we had all we needed. We will definitely be staying here again! "

"JAM never disappoints. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience. Moody corridors, great design, solid sound system, plus a beautiful terrace and plunge pool. The rooms are big and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Only minor improvement would be more lighting in the bathroom. And being in Santos? Perfect location. Always happy to stay here."

"I had a room with a balcony overlooking Rossio plaza, it was lovely, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant in the first floor, Bastardo, was excellent. The location of the hotel is top notch."
