"The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours.
Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always...
"We had the best time on our honeymoon. The staff was really lovely throughout.
The property is beautiful if a little tired on the edges. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. It would be great if it had a little more vibe - maybe some Cafe del Mar music and some special events like bbq or pizza nights.
The bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view through the trees.
It was a little close to the road so scooter noise was unfortunately higher than the ocean waves...
"We will definitely book this again. Highly recommended. Very quiet idylic resort. We had a stunning 2 bedroom suite with a private pool and garden. There are 2 additional pools too both were excellent. Its a 5 min qaln to a unspoilt idylic beach. Loved the art market and restaurant there too. Service is impeccable!! "

Only 1 small thing made me a little disappointed, food delivery is not allowed to come to lobby (Which I can understand) but the security asked to walk from my room to the street. I think they should bring my food the the lobby instead and ask me to pick it up at the lobby.
That is disappointing."

"Petite but wonderful oasis, right on the beach, and near anything else you could want. Special shout out to the superb staff, whose manager keeps things in top clean condition and is ready for any request. For a small place, it offers big value. And try the restaurant too - it offers a complete menu!"
"The rooms were very clean, with a comfortable bed plus a large ensuite with immediate hot water if required, and were promptly serviced each day. Though I had to wait 20 mins when I arrived as the night-desk guy couldn't find my prepaid booking, after that the staff couldn't have been pleasanter or more helpful. They also provided a quick, efficient laundry service.
A small in-house warung may be open in season but it was closed during this visit, so I had to go out for all meals; I'd have...
"Fairly over-priced for the room we got. our room was not clean, sheets had stains on them & doona covers left off the doonas which were also dirty. towels were stained as well. when we arrived the bathroom floor/walls/toilet was saturated with water so a little unpleasent to sleep there. however we were out all day so if you need a cheap place thats close to senggigi then this is satisfactory. otherwise the staff are lovely and very helpful."
