"Absolutely brilliant staff! Thank you. Very clean, beautiful location and during the heatwave, the buildings were cool! Just noise from the nearby road disturbed the tranquillity at times."

"Very friendly staff & convenient location for our visit to the tank museum. Accommodation was adequate for our needs for couple nights stay. Unfortunately after a busy weekend & arriving Monday and few items on the menu were not available, however what we had was fresh, tasty & served hot. The rooms were clean & nice big fluffy towels. "The property was very run down . The facilities were badly looked after, if not non existent. The food was very average. The drinks were extremely overpriced. The hotel was much too expensive for what was on offer. We were expecting a spa hotel, and it definitely wasn’t. Very disappointed."

"A very quirky, interesting, historical Hotel a short stroll from all the amenities that Swanage have to offer.
Friendly helpful staff from start to finish, all very knowledgeable regarding the history of the hotel.

"We stayed for couple nights here and it was totally worth it. The views from the room were beautiful! The room was clean, hotel staff were friendly and everything is close by. We didn’t have a car so this was right place to stay since durdle door was close by and the bus drops you right across the street. We would definitely stay here again!"
