"Lovely apartment in a great location and amazing price. Only issue was the noise from some sort of unit out the back but didn’t keep me awake. Would definitely stay again"

"Breakfast area cramped. Had to keep asking for items. Wasn’t a friendly atmosphere."

"This is our second time staying in this hotel in the Kensington Cleveland Residence. The area is quiet, accessible and clean. There is someone always in the residence during most of the day and during check in. We enjoyed our stay again. Thank you to staff and housekeeping."

"Dès le premier échange avec notre hôte, sans avoir vu la chambre, ce dernier nous a demandé de poster un avis très favorable de la résidence, ce qui nous a questionné. Nous avons eu des problèmes d’eau chaude et de chauffage qui n’ont pas été résolus par notre hôte, qui se déplaçait chaque matin et chaque soir pour que l’on en bénéficie. "Fuse blew twice in one day. Second time it happened was late at night so had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Fridge switched off during that time so food/drink ended up going to waste. Towel heater in the bathroom wasn’t working, reported twice but didn’t get fixed. Bit of a disappointment overall."

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Nothing to complain abou5"

"Great location, conscientious to 2 tube stations. Will definitely stay here again."

Really enjoyed staying here, everything ran super smooth, was easy to check in and get access to what was a modern and immaculately clean room, with everything you need and very comfortable. Loved the location too as lots going on within close proximity...

"Super Lage!"

"Very good location for tube and getting around London. Checking in process was excellent and would stay again."

"Clean room and everything was as expected. We enjoyed our quick visit to London."
