"We had a pleasant stay overall. The couple at the front desk were wonderful and extremely helpful, and we were very impressed by them. The room was a good size, and the property itself was generally very good. The bed, however, was quite firm. On the downside, we had no reliable internet for the entire week. The signal was too weak, working for only a minute at a time before cutting out again, and this continued throughout our stay. To their credit, staff did try to fix the problem, but...

"In the center of the historical district. Short walking to all major attractions in Naples. It is on a local residential plaza so we got to mingle with the locals. Inside, it is surprisingly large and clean. The lobby and the included breakfast on the patio facing its own courtyard was the highlight of our stay. Highly recommended!"

We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...

"Great staff and lovely breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. The room was clean and the location was next to the Duomo. The negatives may not be an issue for some travelers, but the noise from the square in front of the church woke us up many times each night. I used noise canceling earbuds to help get sleep. The neighborhood has a collection of homeless people that argue at all hours and choose not to use the portable toilet provided. Not sure how the issue can be addressed but it was...

"Absolutely charming little boutique hotel right in the heart of the historic centre. So much character. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is the place we will stay every time we come to Napoli. "

"Stayed here for a couple nights and it was very peaceful and clean. The staff was so friendly and made us breakfast every morning. The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. "
