"My fiancé and I recently took a short trip to Royal Isabela to experience the property before celebrating our wedding there next April. During our visit, we had the opportunity to meet with the staff and enjoy a full tour of the grounds. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed several meals during our stay—the food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We left with no complaints and even more excitement for our wedding day. We can't wait to celebrate such a special occasion in such a stunning place and are looking forward to returning next April!"

"My husband recently stayed at Buen Café Parador. His room was in one of the village-style little houses rather than the main hotel building. The first night was difficult because the room was close to the village area, and it was very noisy, making it hard for him to sleep. The next morning, he spoke with the receptionist, who was very helpful and moved him to one of the village houses located toward the back of the property. After the room change, everything was great. The new room was much quieter, comfortable, and he had a very pleasant stay. We really appreciated how quickly the staff resolved the issue. If you're staying in the village houses and are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting one of the rooms in the back."

"This hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. The major problem this hotel has is the parking lot. They have an open Casino for the public and there’s barely any spots available when you rent a car which by the way it’s a must because that part of the island does not have Uber or Lyft only taxis but you have to google search taxi companies."

"It has a great location and the rooms are comfortable. I wish that the pool has like a palm or something because it’s directly into the heat and sun. The restaurant is really really good. The only thing is that they take forever or sometimes they forget all the order. My order took two hours to arrive."
