"The staff were amazing and they went above and beyond to help. I asked to leave my bags before checking in time and left them after check out . The hotel is conveniently located if you’re not driving. The breakfast was amazing as well . Close to the underground and bus station. I highly recommend and will definitely come back 😁"

"Was only a brief one night stay but we were very impressed with the room (florin), the size and decor in particular. The bathroom was also a very good size with both a bath and separate shower. In our opinion, the room put other hotels to shame. The included breakfast served in the attached pub was also very enjoyable (particularly the black pudding, sausages and the creamy scrambled egg). Staff were very friendly. Location was good for us."

"The Swan Hotel is amazing. Beautiful riverside pub a creaky old building full of character. The staff were amazing. We had an evening race at nearby Dorney Lake, it was my birthday and our anniversary the next day. We pitched up at 1pm when the check in wasn’t till 3pm. They were charming, found us a lovely room with a balcony. Lunch was fabulous. We were worried we wouldn’t get back in time for dinner as the kitchen normally closes 9-9:30pm but they held the restaurant open and we had another...
