"Check-in and check-out was self service and very easy. There was a staff member to assist if needed. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink is a nice touch, but it's a very, very sweet fruit punch that we didn't like, due to it being so sweet. We had a loft room that is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom/shower was great with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The smart TV has several channels and you can login to Netflix with your own account if you want. There's a SMEG coffee machine and coffee capsules, which were lovely to have in the morning. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. The biggest issue however is that the single day bed is so, so hard to sleep on that I may as well have slept on the floor. My friend said the double bed was comfortable. As a suggestion, the day bed would be perfect if a memory foam topper or similar is placed on the day bed when it's being made up. Overall, The Moxy is located well, it was a good price. I would recommend here and would stay again."

"The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to go to the tourisitcs spots! The room has whatever we need although. Given there are many rooms in hotel, it happens that we need to wait in queue for the breakfast and the environment is bit noisy. other than that , the overall experience is wonderful."

"Positives: (1) staff very helpful (2) location one block from Westminister Abbey (so in the heart of London) (3) we had breakfast included, and it was really good. Had full breakfast options. (4) one block from St. James underground subway ( easy access to other parts of the City and one stop to London Victoria train station ) (5) complimentary coffee, espresso, tea, etc. in the restaurant. (6) modern rooms Drawbacks: (1) rooms are small ( but that is common in London) (2) no safe in the room (3) no mini refrigerator to keep drinks cool (4) no daily cleaning unless requested at the front desk in the morning, so do not forget on the days you want it. (5) bottle water was only given on first day of stay, after you would have to buy or get a glass in the lounge Overall it was good for the price (stayed in April month) and great location for first time visitors. I found staff to be very friendly and helpful when you approached them."
