Fabulous! Apartment was exactly as pictured. View of Westminster and London Eye from balcony was extra special. Plenty of room for family of 5. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from the Tesco around the corner and you are all set. Would definitely return!

Fantastic property!! The flat was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and provided indoor/outdoor living with a private balcony and windows easily opened. The location was perfect! We were able to walk in any direction to the best city sites. I will say there were three items that almost caused problems and I had seen these mentioned in the reviews, but assumed they would all be resolved. HOWEVER, we discovered it was ALL USER ERROR, being that we just didn’t know how to operate them properly. To properly flush the master bath stool requires one short flush followed by second flush. The master tub faucet has a button that needs to be pushed for hotter water. When the dryer stopped drying, emptying the water canister did the trick. I can see how this might cause frustration or lead someone to believe they are malfunctioning when in fact they operate perfectly. Loved it and will most definitely want to recommend and stay again. Thank you.
