"I had heard so many good things about Vacation Village. I was so excited to be going there for my grand daughter birthday. Everything was ok but the unit we had was very outdated. We needed a bottom no stairs unit but I did forget to request it and had to end up in an outdated room. Although the staff was very nice and humble, I was not happy with the unit but we didn't want to move at this point because we were only there for the one night, they did offer to move us though. The kids did have fun in the swimming pool."

"We would definitely stay here again coming to Busch Gardens Williamsburg from multiple days.. everything was good about the property, the rooms and Staff . Not having to pay a security deposit was a huge Plus.. the only complained me and my roommate had was the breakfast offerings were minimal.. there was cereal with milk at least or a protein. But honestly everything else was fine we would stay here again."

"So, my stay was dominated with the water pipe issue. while I recognize it was not the people that worked at the properties fault, it was still a major issue. Friday. No water initially, then no hot water all day. Could not shave and had to do the best I could to clean. Saturday. Initially no hot water. Was advised the boiler was being fixed and within 1/2 hour I was able to shower. Sunday, No hot water. I had to be out so again I did the best I could to clean. Too many water issues to make this stay anything but terrible."

"Pet friendly, but remember a crate bc they don’t want pets on their furniture. Luckily they were nice enough and let me use some crates that they had. "
