Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Cockroaches galore! Insects and bugs welcome! Terrible experience. The hotel staff was lost at what to do with Expedia booking. The next day they informed me that they could not find my booking when I booked and paid in the same booking code for 3 days. After sending all the evidences the staff said the previous staff was on leave and no information was given for the booking I made with the hotel. Disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.
