We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. The checkin also requires a photo id scan from your phone as well as an additional $$ euro deposit before they...

"Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."

We had a little confusion with the entry code, but could sort it out with the help of the property management and they immediately took care of it."

"This hotel worked out great for our group of 3 adults. The double bed was comfortable, the twin bunkbeds would be fine for children or young adults but not so comfortable for adults. The room and bathroom was clean and fresh. The laundry facilities were a plus. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers, open from 9am to 9pm."
