Fantastic Airport Hotel

Service was exceptional from the moment I checked in, to room service, to check out. I only wish that I was staying longer. I will absolutely stay here again.

The first room we were in was too hot and since the air conditioner was off for the season we were given the option to move to another room away from the sun direction which made the temperature inside much cooler. The breakfast bar was excellent offering a variety of options. The front desk helped us with all our needs. Thank you

Excellent hotel near the airport. Big lovely pool! We arrived at 11:30pm and were surprised there was no room service and the restaurant was closed. The staff was kind to give us some leftover food. That’s the only negative.

Amazing experience!

Everything was amazing especially the Stellios team in breakfast. They take care of us and they treat us like nobody else. The valet guy he was very helpful always. The receptionists very kind. The only thing that was little poor was the bar service. First time I visit my hometown and stay in a hotel but it was an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend it and we will come back next time we are in town!!!

Elias the bellman...excellent.. this property is overrated, and I cannot absolutely believe that this has been rated a five star property… The hospitality that Greece is known for its not here. The Dome Restaurant is trying to act like a Michelin restaurant with an unappealing menu… Not one simple thing was found for weary travelers… The next day they informed us that there was a barcode for the room service menu… Unfortunately, it was under the phone! No guest services menu in the room… A room in need of refurbishment… Carpeting that has seams coming apart the hotel is tired… It takes more than an oversized pool to make a five-star hotel… I would suggest that management start with the women in the lounge and the waitress in the dining room that couldn't be bothered and left us sitting for 28 minutes after our meal just waiting for a check… It was not busy. The restaurant was cavernous, but had no problem, entertaining loud groups of people till 3 AM in a courtyard setting with a giant pool that echoed every sound, yes, our doors were closed and the air conditioning was on high grossly overrated… We left after one night on a two night prepaid reservation to find hospitality and clean, comfortable room at half the price with no attitude,. Not a five star property by any means.

Pas de viennoiserie des petits croissants et pas suffisamment . Pas de bouilloire ou de machine à café dans les chambres . Piscine pas équipée pour personne à mobilité réduite pas d’escalier et rampe que de vieilles échelles. Restaurant le Dome inabordable par contre autour de la piscine bonne restauration de jour . Les cartes clés de la chambre ne fonctionnent jamais . Les chambres sont loins de la réception . Rien autour de l’hôtel . Aucune animation boutique ou autre . Taches sur les moquettes. Rideaux noirs ds la chambre . Pas d’accessibilité pour les personnes à mobilité réduite pour prendre le petit déjeuner que des marches . Ça n’est pas un 5 étoiles . Pas de verre ou papier , stylo dans les chambres etc…

Nice modern hotel. The rooms are modern, nice pool and the the restaurant is good.. room service- not so much . Ordered a club sandwich and was not a regular club. Their breakfast buffet is off the charts and they pack a nice to-go bag if you check out before breakfast opens at 7am Pros: Clean Nice service Good restaurant Nice pool Close to airport but no shuttle . Said was due to COVID but we were there in early June and masks were not even required Greece anymore Great free breakfast buffet Good bathroom amenities Great pillows Cons Air conditioning did not work in room and they do not turn on In the hallways. I cannot imagine staying there in the summer heat

The positives were that we checked in at 14.00 instead of 15.00. We had a free upgrade of the room and due to few residents we had a quiet stay. The negatives on the other hand were the poor cooling system and the smell of it trying hard to keep the room cool. The maintenance staff couldn't make magic. Also, the lack of amenities (for a 5star hotel) and the need to ask for them was uncomfortable. The room wasn't quiet ready to welcome the guests. The cleaning lady was willing to help though. Lastly, the transport to the airport is mentioned and promoted in the website and that was another reason to book this hotel and we were informed at the reception that this service is no longer available due to Covid conditions.

Hotel was ok. There were two things that were very unpleasant. First, the room was 26.6C degrees and no AC or fan to help with it. The hotel personnel just told me to open the window to make it better. Second, when we woke up to leave the next day, there was vomit in the hallway and elevator from what seems to be a guest from the previous night. I’m surprised there is no one checking and cleaning! Pretty disgusting

The indoor pool, steam room and jacuzzi were a delight after a day filled worth tourist activities. I'm sure the outdoor pool would be ideal during the warmer months. The hotel is situated a few miles away from the town center, and the best access is to use a taxi (~15mins for ~€15 - €20). Walking to the outlet shopping center that is nearby is not possible as the roads do not have pathways.
