"The staff here is absolutely phenomenal!! I fell a little in love with the girls at the front desk ((Ola, Marcella, and Estella). They were SO positive, kind, welcoming, and helpful! Fabiola at breakfast is also FABULOUS! The hotel is super cool! It's both modern and comfortable. It's located in a pedestrian zone filled with shops and restaurants. The bus stop is also an easy walk. A tourist information center is also an easy walk. Highly recommend!"

"We had a fantasy stay at Hotel Aleks! One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. There was a real sense of family towards each other and towards us (as the guests).
