"Our "room" was a roomy two bedroom apartment, much better than a standard hotel room. The hotel is family owned and managed, somebody is always available if you need. There is a restaurant/breakfast area on the last floor with a spectacular view of the Nile. Tours can be booked through them with competitive prices."

"The room was clean and the service was great, however the shower was not optimal and the laundry service was substandard.
In addition, the 'pool' did not exist. "

"Le lenzuola erano sporche e macchiate, nel letto c’erano pelli. Gli asciugamani erano sporchi. Intorno all’hotel non ci sta nulla e l’area è molto sporca. Si sente costantemente puzza di bruciato perché briccicano la spazzatura. Di notte la zona è molto buia. Internet non funzionava mai. Era talmente terrificante il posto che anziché rimanere tre giorni come da prenotazione, il secondo giorno siamo scapati.
Penso che sia il posto più terrificante dove abbia mai alloggiato. "

"Hosting family was very kind and friendly and cooked lovely evening meal for us (we were charged additional €25 for it). Apartment had plenty of space with comfortable beds. However, it was very cold, heater was broken and there was no hot water. I would say it was overpriced for its standards. "
