"The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and on the 8th floor with a great view of Tianmu. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Bedside tables had power outlets for U.S. 3-prong plugs and USB power outlets. The WiFi signal in the hotel was strong and accessible everywhere — in the guest room, in the lobby, in the breakfast room, and even on the front patio where you could sit at tables while waiting for a taxi/Uber. The guest room had 6 different levels of lighting for brightness...

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hot spring every day. A highlight was being allowed to use the hot spring even after checkout — it was a lovely touch to freshen up before heading to the airport.
One small suggestion: when we first entered the room, it wasn't immediately clear how to turn on the lights. We had to use our phone flashlight (so dark) to discover that the key card needed to be inserted into a slot to activate them. A small sign or note near the door would...

"I had a great stay at the Hotel Royal Beitou. The hotel is a short walk from the metro, the property is well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly.
It's an easy walk to Beitou Park, and in the evening I enjoyed relaxing in a comfortable and clean room with my personal soaking tub with hot natural spring water.
I will book again when returning to Beitou!"

"It is a vey nice hotel. The only thing I do not understand is why the last entry for the breakfast is 9:00am. That is very unusual while we can stay inside the restaurant until 10:00am. The 9:00am is a bit early for those who are on vacation especially Taipei is full of night activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hot spring available inside the room is nice especially if you love to lie down in the bathtub to enjoy the moment of relaxation."
