"There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again."

"A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"For the price, it wasn't great, but not bad. The room was a very nice size, but I did not find the king sized bed or pillows comfortable. I was excited about the idea of the jetted tub, but it has such a high step to get in it and the tub is so slippery that it felt like a safety hazard and I chose not to use it. Also, the elevator is super far from the lobby so if you can get a first floor room, you should."

"The shower in my room was not working properly. Either scalding hot or ice cold. Needless to say a quick shower! Room was clean though.well my second room after I first walked into a room that not been cleaned from the previous visitors."

"The front desk staff was nice when we checked in. The hotel is in need of some updates and repairs. Our room was very dusty and not cleaned well. There was paper and hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived to the room. The carpet in the room did not seem like it had been vacuumed. It was fine for a one night stay but would not have wanted to stay longer than one night."

"When I returned to the hotel after a day of softball, my intentions were to take a swim, and relax in the hot tub, but with the teenage party going on in the pool area, my hopes were dashed."

"I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)"

"Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby."
