"I have stayed here many times since 2019. In the beginning the place was nice, but it has gone down hill in recent years!!! The front porch needs repairs. My bathroom door lock was broken along with the bedpost. It seems repairs are jerry rigged and done poorly. I am handicapped and they put me on the second floor, despite having rooms available on the first floor. They saw me struggle every day going up/down the stairs and all they could say was "I sorry " I sat on my butt to go down the...

"At the time of check in the staff seemed short staffed as only one person was checking multiple guest in. Also this hotel does not provide breakfast. They stated they received multiple complaints regarding that. Other than that room was clean and a good size for a two night stay."

"When I got to the hotel around 1am, there was no one at the front desk to check me in. I knocked and then repeatedly called the front desk by phone, but no one appeared. I went to get something to eat at the nearby Waffle House and call the Holiday Inn reservations number and explained the situation, they put me on hold and never got back to me. But when I went back to the hotel, young “Julyus” was there, he offered no explanation but I assume he was asleep. "

"Have a nice free breakfast area. The lady that runs it has for years and very good at arranging it nicely. Front desk were really friendly. We had a mix up with a hotel and this one came to our rescue. Coming back for years!"
