"I normally stay at grand mgallery which is a five star hotel, the price was so excessive this time that I opted to try signature hotel . Location for myself was a lot better even thought only a few hundred metres from grand hotel , I think I will choose signature in future stays"

"We had a really nice stay at the Allegro. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the air-conditioning in our rooms worked well during a heat wave. (Note that some parts of the hallways are not air-conditioned but it didn’t affect our comfort.) The staff was amazing, especially Sophie, Hillary, and Nancy. They were some of the sweetest and most helpful people we met in Vietnam. They helped to arrange our excursions and transportation and even helped with our mobile phone connectivity issues. (We also enjoyed spending time with the hotel drivers who took us around.) Finally, when we checked out very early in the morning for the airport, the staff had breakfast boxes ready for us. There was a real warmth to the hospitality and we would come back just to visit the staff, who were like old friends to us by the time we checked out."
