"The young female front desk representative was not friendly at all. The pillows were old & flimsy. I really felt as if, we would have been better off had we stopped at Walmart to buy my own. The bed was really old & uncomfortable bed altogether. The were very stingy with clean towels. 2 towels max so no towel to step on after a shower, No hand towel for drying hands, no spillage of any kind. When I requested more towels, we had to return a towel to get a new towel. This was totally a bare minimum stay- you are only going to get the bare minimum of everything. Of course, needless to say the advertisement was a total catfish! 😒"

"Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is there was no soap in the bathroom to use to wash your hands. Went to the front desk and asked for a small bar of soap and was told they didn't have any. She didn't say I'll get you some or wait while I find some. That would have been good customer service."

"I had room 206 next to the elevator the noise was horrible trying to sleep. Carpet does need to be cleaned or pulled up u can smell the stink in it. Breakfast was excellent just no spray for the waffle. Room was dusty some. Otherwise great artsy and I will come back there when I come that way. Thank u"

"They required a $very high cash deposit at check in, this was not on the property listing so after arriving at the hotel tired after driving so many hours i had to get in my car and find an ATM. The hallways smell like marijuana and it was very loud throughout the night. Definately not a family hotel. They should also post the pet fee which is higher than a 5 star hotel."

"A very nice tucked away hotel. Almost like a resort. Food can be pricey but good. Front desk workers are friendly. A worker named Met was absolutely amazing. He went above & beyond to help me with a cart rental. Drove me around town above his call of duty. Lana front desk manager render platinum customer service the entire stay."
