"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"The family room was 2 rooms next to each other and not enclosed together. One room had a double bed and the other had twin beds. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Rooms were clean but the worn out carpets in both rooms made them feel dinghy and dirty. Expedia VIP perks were also not as expected based on other places within Europe that we have stayed at with VIP perks."

"Immaculately clean hotel. My only dissatisfaction was that our initially room had a bathroom sink that was leaking upon our arrival. This should have been caught by hotel staff ahead of our arrival. "We had a wonderful stay. The best feature was the large room with is charming and classic design with windows facing quiet street. The bathroom was also spacious with a windows facing the back. We enjoyed the location off the busy street and despite being further north of Paris, the three metro stations close by made up for it. We would stay again. The staff were all welcoming and friendly."
