"Great location near sites and restaurants"

"Fausse représentation: Pris la peine de vérifier la capacités de stationnement avant de réserver ce qui s'est avéré non fondé rendu sur place. Impossible de stationnement même au deuxième endroit proposé. Aucun accommodement, aucune compensation ce qui a rendu mon voyage très insécurisant. Il a fallu marché pour être capable de s'accomoder. Fenêtre de chambre très sale ainsi que l'arrière du réfrigérateur et lumières de salles de bain. De plus, la porte de garde-robe m'es tombé dessus lorsque j'y tournais le dos. Malgré le fait que mon conjoint mentionne le tout à la réception au départ, aucune excuse n'a été faire. Deux sachets de café sans plus. Par contre lit et taies d'oreillers confortable."

"Breakfast was sad. Commercial pastries in a city renowned for its croissants and bagels. Although marketed as an historical hotel, it was standard with slightly larger rooms however with smaller bathrooms. It was a lovely spring day when we stayed there and after a day of shopping we would have B loved to enjoy a glass of wine in a patio. Instead we were told there is rumours of a patio but I have no idea. Sadly we had to retire to our room with a view of a wall. This property really needs to embrace its heritage and bring it forward. Until it does that it is just standard with a facade. It is a gem with no vision. Sad. Having said that it was as I would expect from any commercial hotel chain. It was clean the staff was outstanding and it was average. "

"Room was as clean as the staff could no - no problem there - it’s that the room was very dated and all room in need of a good refurb- the staff reception were great , did everything they could , but franchise need to spend money - not the same quality as the comfort inn ‘s in USA"
