"This property was fine for a one night stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is great!!
Only two negatives:
1) The air conditioner in our room did not work well, so if you are coming in the summer and AC is a priority be aware.
2) The Expedia listing says this property has a laundry, but it does not. We were told we’d have to walk to a laundromat around a half mile away."

"The ONLY thing wrong with this hotel is the A/C units (at least in the 3rd floor deluxe rooms). They put out cold air, but have a wooden shroud on them that blocks air flow. The A/C unit is right up against the panoramic window which was very warm on a hot day and drew all the cold air away from the room. The room never got cool. Everything else was completely exceptional."

"One night stay in Ravenna at this hotel for a cruise that was departing the following day. Perfect for what we needed. A late check in and much was closed in the area that late except for a delicious restaurant walkable from hotel that the staff recommended. Staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the cruise terminal from the hotel as well. Breakfast buffet was included and offered hot and cold selections. The dining area was inside or seating outside with a beautiful landscaping....

"I arrived late after an exhausting day of travel, made even longer by a four-hour delay waiting for my luggage.
As a solo female raveler, I found the hotel to be clean and felt safe during my stay. The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff.
The entrance has stairs, and there was no assistance with luggage. Guests are also required to leave their room key at the front desk whenever they leave...

Expedia shoild have given us the option to include breakfast.
We took the bus and then hauled our luggage up the very long trek to the hotel. We were not informed that the hotel could have picked up the luggage and bring it to our hotel. We used their service when we left."

"We went for a cruise out of Ravenna. If you got the cruise line to pick you up at the train station it’s literally a 1 minute walk from pickup area (where the buses are, and a 7 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was decent, mostly just bread, fruit, juice and yogurt.
The room was good for the price. The bed was comfortable. The room is hot and ac did not make it as cold as we are used to lol. No shower head in shower and tiny shower. Other than that the staff was very helpful and...
