"The property is a bit away from the city center but walkable distance to it. Dining options are minutes away walking. We got upgraded to a suite. The hotel is beautiful. Their breakfast offers a wide range of hot and cold items, including the best coffee and pastries. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it! "

"Had a little bit of a weird start with them being overly aggressive asking for an updated form of payment. However it seems it might’ve been a miscommunication. Staff is excellent, staff at the bar/ restaurant downstairs is excellent. Location is amazing and in the heart of Bologna. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I had and would absolutely stay there again. "

"We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed. The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place."

"Very central and extremely comfortable. Maximo and Veronica were lovely, very friendly and helpful, as were all the ladies downstairs. A young girl delivered some chocolates and cans of water which was great, but she came around at an awkward time when we were showering prior to going out. Consequently we missed her the second night sadly. Perhaps consider a better time to call?"
