"The hotel ad stay was good but they honestly need a bigger shuttle. It only holds 8 people and fills up fast. I tried booking 2 days in advance for the shuttle but the hotel never got back to me. Once I checked in I asked for for a 9:30am shuttle and it was full. I had to take a $50 Uber ride to the airport. Aside from that nice staff and hotel."

"Stayed before heading to the airport, the shuttle service was great. For a small fee they picked us up after our train arrived and dropped us off the next morning at the airport. When we checked in they determined our shuttle for the morning which worked at fine. Nice little restaurant near by"

"Great for a short stay, close to airport with shuttle service. Good food and breakfast. The main issue was the shower, it's very small for an adult. Also there is no refrigerator in the room to keep any water cold."

"The front desk staff was excellent. The location is excellent. My room had a fantastic view of the lake. There was a small metal sewing pin in the middle of the counter of my bathroom when I arrived. This made me think perhaps the cleaners didn’t do the most thorough job. There was also a stain on the carpet in the middle of the lobby. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. If you want a cheap hotel with nice staff and a great location, stay here. "Beautiful property and absolutely gorgeous room. Great food and gelato right down the street. Great communication with the host and an easy ride to the airport. The perfect place to wind down from being in the city before a long flight home. I wish we could have stayed longer and I will definitely return if I find myself back in Milan.
