"The property was located conveniently near many walkable areas (food, museums, shops). The sauna was a plus especially due to the climate (we were there in March). Check in was fast and Jordan was amazing. The room was spacious. We did not have a great customer service experience at the bar they had located on premises so we chose to eat at a different location which was amazing, close by to the hotel. Overall it was a great stay. "

"Just because we booked online doesn't mean we get the worst floor. I don't know what the view from the 3rd floor is like. They don't proactively provide toothbrushes, slippers, or bottled water."

"I had an issue with one of the concierge staff who was really rude with me and my son. He had a mustache and his name was Jean something. His colleague asked for my room number and my name but no one ever called or apologized for his actions."

"The reception and housekeeping staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was well laid out with a modern bathroom, desk, plenty of room for longer stays and a super comfortable bed. The gym, pool, sauna and cold plunge pool facilities were top class. The Chez Boulay shop on the ground level has beautiful pastries if you don’t want a sit-in breakfast. Location right in the old city meant that I walked everywhere. Highly recommended. "
