"Very friendly staff and accommodating!"

"I was a bit reticent to book because of all the bad reviews but our experience was way better than we expected. It is true that the hotel is a little bit dated and some renovations are needed (damages on the baseboard, some closets doors needed a little wiggle to close properly) but nothing that prevented us to have a great time there. Our room was super clean, staff was nice and made us feel really welcome. The soundproofing between the rooms are excellent, there was a party next door and we could hear them only when the door was opened. Bedding was clean, mattress in perfect condition. So in general, If you need everything to be in perfect shape to feel comfortable than yes, pick somewhere else. If you're looking for a clean and well equipped room then absolutely, go for it. FYI the elevators go up to 26th floors and there's big floor to ceiling windows from which youbhave amazing views of the château Frontenac, the river, the plaines... Not new but still awesome!"

"Perfect location. The gym, pool and sauna were superb. Parking costs were a little over the top, and it was difficult to access the building without using the valet service. Otherwise a lovely stay and we would definitely return."

"This hotel was stuffed full of children this weekend and we never once heard anyone! It was centrally located to lots of different shopping opportunities and things to do. We would totally stay here again! "

"The fireplace in the room was lovely and there were so many amenities for the kids. Will come here again. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t operational, which was very disappointing for us parents. Hopefully next time it will be running. The restaurant was delicious. Had several really good meals and the breakfast buffet had so many options. Wifi is not free. But we didn’t really need it. Kids were so busy!"

"We really enjoyed this place, clean and comfy beds. Close to the mountains, 15 mins away from Old Quebec city. Perfect for a getaway. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room! Thank you."
