"Excellent location, spacious room, lovely bathroom and the Bistro for breakfast was great."

"Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful restaurant and bar area. Convenient parking and close to restaurants and shops and historic areas. Everything was very clean. I found that I could hear a bit of noise from the room above and I would have appreciated blackout blinds. Otherwise great and I will return."

"Nous avions réservé et payé d'avance des bouteilles de mousseux et du chocolat, mais ils n'y en avait pas dans notre chambre à notre arrivée, nous avons avisé la réception de ce fait à notre départ en spécifiant que nous nous y en sommes tout de même tout de même accommoder. L'hôtel est censé corriger le montant total en retirant les frais de ce service. Pour le reste tout était parfait"

"The place clean and good location but the only issues is the lady in the dinning section was rude and shamed my sister for taking her muffin she couldn’t finish with her, stood at the middle of the room and yelling out for everyone to hear. As a good customer service agent you can walk up to the person and have a word instead of yelling out. Everyone is nice."

"The location is amazing! A quick 10 minute walk from Gare de Palais with one steep block. Perfect location to explore both upper and lower parts of town. Room was comfortable and clean. Hadn’t realized there was a restaurant attached until I got there. I didn’t need assistance with anything g, but staff seemed polite."

"Great room. Great location. We walked to nearby restaurants and through old town"

"Tout était parfait"

"Cachet historique , propreté Élément négatif manque d’insonorisation d’une chambre â l’autre Très bien situé géographiquement en plein coeur du vieux Québec"

"I will definitely book again. Thanks."
