The hotel was centrally located and had easy walk distance to the nearby castle and marketplace. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast had a wide variety. Several staff members could understand and speak English which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again!

The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. ...

Perfect central location in the Alt Städten. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Parking is secure inside property for an additional $5 per day.

Good central location. Short walk to all the main tourist spots. Our apartment had a view of the cathedral. Good communication. There is no free parking available as advertised. Public paid car park 2 mins away
