"Anchor Geelong was perfect for our stay. The studio was clean, bedding comfortable and bathrooms modern. Parking is available and we used the car to get around due to poor weather though it is walkable to CBD. The communication was excellent prior to an easy checkin. Would stay again short term."

"We have now stayed at this beautiful property 3 times, and each time it gets better. For us, it is inspiring with the view, plus the beautiful hosts of Sally and John, thank you. Looking forward for our next trip to Mornington peninsula. Obviously staying at Mt Martha Villas again. "

"Highly recommended. The parking entry is a little narrow; however, plenty of turning space is provided. Once inside, parking space is very generous and lift access is excellent."

"Great location. Beach across the road and very close to shops and restaurants. House was lovely inside, cosy and comfortable. Only downfall was the noise. As the main bedroom is on the bottom floor right next to the footpath and road you could hear every car and person walk past. "
