"部屋は清潔で、シャワーはバスタブがあり、スノーボードをした後の疲れを癒すのに良かった。お湯の温度はちょっとぬるくてたまに湯沸かし器のお湯を足した。アメニティなどは充実しており冷蔵庫には牛乳とポーションミルク、ネスレのカプセルコーヒー、紅茶、ホットチョコレート、日本茶、カモミールティー、ミントティーなどとても楽しめた。ベッドは柔らかく快適で電気で暖かくなり寒い時期も快適。部屋は1番安いグレードなので湖畔の眺めが見られなく残念。つぎは湖畔を眺めてコーヒーを飲みたい。全体的に満足出来て素晴らしいと思う。"

"Just a short 10-minute drive from town, this hotel was perfect for us! We loved waking up to stunning snowy mountain views every morning. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast—really handy. It’s close to shops and a supermarket, and with daily room service, our stay was completely relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Queenstown. The location is excellent and very convenient, with a bus stop nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The room was also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place — it’s an excellent choice for an overnight stay near the Airport."

"The accommodation was excellent. Lovely apartment and accommodating staff. However there where major building works happening. And the car parks difficult to navigate, we didn't use a car but the taxis/ubers found it difficult in the tight space and difficult parking spaces. Also my son got locked out of his room and had to spend a night in a different apartment. The staff told us they knew that door was a problem.
