"Personnel très accueillant et très sympathique. Le gérant a proposé de nous aider à porter les valises et pour cause de disponibilité nous avons eu le droit à une chambre plus grande pour aucun frais supplémentaires. Petit déjeuner super avec possibilité de faire son jus pressé et des gâteaux fait par le personnel de l’hôtel sont également à votre disponibilité tout comme un café ou un chocolat chaud."

"We had a lovely stay at villa Alta. The staff were very welcoming, building was historical but modern. Really loved waking up to the birds chirping. Would highly recommend staying here to get away from the hustle and bustle for an authentic counrty feel. "

"Great B&B within a short walk to The city wall of Lucca. I had a nice room on the second floor, bed was very comfortable & room was very clean. Free parking was provided in a secure area and the security for the B&B was excellent. The owner who’s name is also Luca was extremely hospitable and gave us all kinds of information. He also served a nice breakfast. I would definitely stay here again"

"We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Stella B&B in Lucca. Lovely old property, which was gorgeous, our room was spotlessly clean and the building was well managed by Lucia, who was friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. "Michele is one of the nicest people. Best support within shortest possible time. Big thank you! Noisy surrouding but by closing the window comfotable quiete Parking is Lucky but two places werde for free. Very quick to get out on main streets. Max 5 minutes walking to good Restaurant and 10 minutes to Tourist Hot Spot. "
