Fue mi primera vez en este hotel y la verdad me sorprendió bastante. La habitación estaba impecable: sábanas y toallas limpias, sin olores raros, todo en orden y muy silencioso. El colchón súper cómodo, paredes cuidadas y el cuarto bien equipado. El agua salió con buena presión y temperatura, así que perfecto.El estacionamiento me dio mucha confianza, se veía seguro, iluminado y limpio. El personal siempre fue amable, los de recepción muy atentos, y quiero mencionar a Leo y Lily, las camaristas del cuarto piso, que fueron súper sonrientes y amigables. El desayuno estuvo muy completo y con buen sabor. Lo único que noté fue que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba tanto, quizá lo puse mal, aunque al final no fue necesario porque no hacía tanto calor. Aunque mi estancia fue corta, me quedo con una experiencia muy buena. Sin duda este hotel será mi primera opción cada vez que viaje a Querétaro. Lo recomiendo y seguro regreso en mi próxima visita, muchas gracias.

Este hotel fue una excelente sorpresa. Precio muy accesible, y el cuarto excelente. La cama increíble, la ropa de cama perfecta, y la habitacion muy silenciosa. Lo unica que se podría mejorar es el olor. Cerca de la recepción, huele bastante a comida, y el cuarto, aunque no huele mal, podría tener un olor más neutro. Pero regresaría sin ninguna duda.

El hotel, las instalaciones y el servicio por parte del personal en general son buenos; sin embargo, tuvimos una experiencia muy desafortunada: se fue la luz y el hotel no cuenta con planta de emergencia, algo que considero inaceptable para un establecimiento de este tipo. Al no haber electricidad, tampoco había agua, y nosotras nos estábamos arreglando para asistir a un evento. Afortunadamente, algunas ya habíamos terminado de bañarnos, pero una de las huéspedes no pudo terminar de arreglarse ni peinarse. Además, justo coincidió con nuestro check out, por lo que tuvimos que bajar seis pisos por las escaleras cargando maletas. Definitivamente es un punto importante que el hotel debería atender para evitar afectar la experiencia y comodidad de sus huéspedes.
