Es un hotel conveniente porque está ubicado en el Centro donde todo lo de alrededor de ahí queda cerca caminado. Sin embargo, deja mucho que desear para ofrecer habitaciones tipo suites. Necesitan una remodelación urgente. Todo en la habitación es muy viejo y gastado. Incluso la ropa de cama y toallas están muy gastados, necesitan ya cambiarlos. Las toallas por ejemplo están manchadas y solo proporcionaron 2 toallas de baño que eran de diferente tamaño. No había toallas de mano en la habitación. La televisión no servía, un joven del personal intentó arreglarlo pero no tuvo éxito. En cuanto a la limpieza también deja mucho que desear. Sucedió que la suite que habíamos reservado estaba para el lado de la calle y las paredes estaban de lo peor que he visto en un hotel, se descarapelaba la pintura por todos lados y también nos sentimos en cuanto a la privacidad que no era muy ideal porque el jacuzzi está justo al lado de la puerta que da hacia el pasillo y enseguida está la entrada/salida del hotel. El joven del personal que nos hizo el check-in fue lo suficientemente amable para cambiarnos la suite a una más al fondo que tiene el jacuzzi no en la habitación donde está la cama sino como parte del baño. Pienso que porque esa habitación estaba disponible no la habían limpiado bien. Había tierra y basuras pequeñas en la tina y el suelo, hasta una cucaracha muerta. No se escucha mucho ruido de afuera. Nunca volveremos a este hotel ni lo recomendamos. Es más como un motel pero caro.

El cuarto que nos asignaron le faltaba retoques en pintura. La parte del sanitario no tiene ventilación, la regadera se siente sucia, sábanas y edredón no estaban limpios, me encontré cabellos y manchas en ellos. el precio/beneficio por la habitación no es el ideal. Encontramos un mejor lugar por menor precio y decimos abandonar el lugar. Seguimos en espera de reembolso.

hotel bonito, nuevo pero con MUCHO ruido

Llegamos un dia de muertos a las siete y media de la tarde, sabiamos que el hotel no disponia de parking pero que si tenia concierto con uno cercano. Despues de registrarnos e informarnos de la direccion del parking, nos dirijimos hacia alli para estacionarnos... Despues de casi media hora para llegar debido a la celebracion del dia de muertos, nos indican que no hay sitio. El hotel no tiene reservado ningun cajon para sus clientes.. Increible. Esto nos supuso dos horas de busqueda de parking.... Horrible. Por otro lado, la recepcionista no tenia ningun tipo de informacion en cuanto a actos o desfiles de esta fiesta. Por ultimo, cuando llegamos al hotel a dormir, 12 de la noche, el ruido era infernal, el hotel esta situado al lado de un antro o pub cuya musica a gran volumen no cesa hasta las 3-4 de la mañana. Era vispera de fiesta, no se si el ruido es diario o solo fines de semana y dias de fiesta pero horrible. El hotel muy bonito, limpio, nuevo pero con bastantes cosas a mejorar en cuanto a atencion y ruido.
