The staff here were brilliant though couldn’t help the first night went over and above to ensure the second was in a suitable room we had booked with balcony and sea view "

"What an amazing place, Mpongo Premier Game Reserve is the best. The Manager Pieter made sure that our stay is pleasant. From Reception the welcoming was excellent. Johannes the Ranger gave us tutorials about the Game Reserve thank you very much. The food was wonderful Breakfast was exquisite "

"Great staff, great property, truly refreshing. The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this. The only bad thing we noticed was the odour in the room at times, it smelled like blocked drain or sewage."

"My family was excited to spend the new year's weekend in east London as we were staying in a rural area just outside. The staff were fantastic and we felt safe and comfortable. Our only regret is the pool needed attention from the time we arrived and never got any up until we left. The pool was one of the draws and it was a bit too far gone for us to even clean with the basket ourselves (which we would have gladly done.) I loved though the space we had and the little braai area and kitchen....

"OUTSTANDING, is the word to describe our experience. From the moment we arrived until we drove out of the gate we were treated extremely well. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was very spacious and came with all of the usual amenities. Breakfast was fabulous and was cooked to order from three choices. Yogurt, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, muffins coffee and tea were also offered. The General Manager is a real hands on person and deserves recognition for making our stay...

"Very special place had our sister inlaw with us, who is from one of the local hotels, she was very impressed Met Abby the graffiti what an amazing experience. Low shedding happened every couple of hours wich i thought would impact our stay, but wasn't an issue. Loved and would go back if we ever come back to East London. You wont be sorry"

"It was really fun, we enjoyed our stay there, the reception was s friendly and the breakfast was really good. The rooms were neatly tidied. We got lost in trying to find our room on arrival, and asking from the cleaners that were not as friendly was not nice at all. Over and above all we had great time. Thank you "

"The Sleepwell B&B is located in a residential area of East London off the beaten tourist path. To be honest, it is not in a great area and the nearest restaurants and shopping are in a mall a good drive away. You need your own transportation if you stay here. That said, the place was well taken care of, the rooms were large, clean and came with many more amenities than I expected.
