The Chaumiere is really the only good hotel in this area, decor feels a little set in the 1990's, but facilities are great and the set menu at the restaurant is a real treat. It has a nice casual feel and a very attentive owner/manager

Reception was very friendly and welcoming. Not many amenities within the domaine, and the area's largest attraction, les sBains de Couloubret (the thermal water spa) was closed without warning to travelers, *very disappointing*

The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy.
