"Cutest hotel I’ve been in. Love the room and decor. Location is up the hill so be prepared to climb if you walk. Uber would be a good option but we walked. Breakfast was simple. Staff were excellent. Google maps showed the correct location but announced we had arrived when we were still 1min away. Hotel is mostly below street level and not easy to see."

"This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. "Everything was excellent. We were positively surprised with the apt size, balcony view and comfort. It is very convenient to reach all nice areas: Viña Del Mar, Concon, Valparaiso and is in Reñaca. The natural marine santuary on the rock in the ocean across the street full of sea lions and birds is amazing. My kids loved it. Last but most important, the superb attention and guidance provided by the staff, among which I must mention Ruben, Andy, Alonso and Lukas. Will come back someday."

El lugar es privilegiado ya que esta frente a playa tranquila y de vista despejada (sin edificios), buen desayuno y goza de silencio lo que es un privilegio. La atención del personal puede mejorarse con capacitación (escuchar al cliente y estar disponible en recepción si quiere considerarse hotel), la limpieza es impresionante en cafa rincón de la casa, bosca en el 1er piso posee un calido living...
