"We had a great experience at Club Samal. The resort is clean and well maintained, and you can always see the hardworking staff cleaning and taking care of the property. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were also well maintained and enjoyable. Club Samal is currently expanding and repairing some facilities, which shows they are continuing to improve the resort for their guests. Even with the ongoing improvements, our stay was...

"I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Wow, there was one thing with the pool. Maybe the filter should have been running to make sure the water was clear. But the stay, the room, the staff we're excellent
The only other thing is maybe having coffee machines. In the rooms to heat water would be well that that's only available in, like the studio rooms"

"Very nice. Low key and chill. It's different from the box hotels im use to. I really like it. It is very clean and the staff is amazing. It is minimal but very nice and well maintained. The room has a firm bed a flat screen tv and small table with 2 chairs and a mini fridge. The bathroom has a nice large toilet with a large shower/tub. They will cook for you for a very small fee. They also got me a taxi to the airport. It is very close to the airport. Maybe 3 to 5 min. They have drinking...

"The rooms are clean and are comfortable. It is more like a 3 star environment but well maintained. The Staff and the Owner very kind, cheerful, very accommodating and give excellent service.
The only disappointing thing was their internet service is absolutely dismal.
They did accommodate by providing a wifi booster to the room even with that the Wifi was very patchy and not really able to do business on one's laptop.
Our stay was comfortable.
It is a safe environment as it is in a...
